1.All is BRAND NEW item shipped originally from Taiwan.
2. Priority is given to Buyer who sent us order details and looking for serious buyer only.
3. NO changes or cancellation is allowed once order placed and payment made.
4. Items sold are not returnable, refundable nor exchangeable.
5. Payment must be made within 2 days once received our confirmation notice.
6. Items will be delivered only after payment is received.
7. Items can be reserved for maximum 2 days only. Maximum 5 days reservation is allowed if 50% deposit paid. Deposit will be forfeited if the balance does not clear within 5 days.
8. Payment made by inter-bank transaction will takes 1-3 working days. We will send out your items only after we confirmed receive your payment.
9. Accessories are NOT included unless stated.
10. Items are estimated to arrive within 2-7 working days.
11. Please ensure that your shipping address location has someone in during daytime as PosLaju requires signature upon delivery.
12. We will not hold any further responsibility for any loss or damages incurred during the shipment.
13. All picture shooting are based on ready stocks. We do not hold any responsibility on color of items that might be slightly different as on different screen previewing.
14. Buyer should allow measurement discrepancies stated on dresses due to different ways of measurement.

17. Price is NON NEGOTIABLE because our charging is reasonable.
18. Money back guarantee within 30days. This mean that whenever your found that the item does not same as picture shown and quality satisfaction only subject returned item is in good condition. Delivery charge is excluded. *To be discussed further (if any).
